森敦仁氏、FTSE Russell のサステナブル投資部門 日本代表に就任

  • 資産運用業界における25年超の経験を有する森敦仁氏の就任により、FTSE Russellのアジア・パシフィック地域 サステナブル投資部門を一段と強化

インデックス、データおよびアナリティクスの世界的なプロバイダーであるFTSE Russellは、9月6日付で森敦仁(もり あつひと)氏を、サステナブル投資部門の日本代表に任命したことを本日発表しました。森氏はFTSE Russellのサステナブル投資インデックスおよびデータ部門の日本における責任者となります。森氏は同時に広汎な商品およびデータに関して、顧客の投資決定を支援します。森氏はまた、FTSE Russellのグローバル・リサーチおよび、リーダーシップ部門と共同で、FTSE Russell が提供する日本向けサステナブル投資商品の拡張を指揮します。

FTSE Russell 入社以前、森氏はオリックス銀行の資産運用営業部長を務め、日本の個人投資家向けネット販売、および機関投資家向けに、ESGを活用したファンド販売業務を推進してきました。またそれ以前には、ESGを統合した商品を中心に、ROBECO(ロベコ)が日本向けに提供する資産運用事業を構築しました。森氏は1995年にヘッジファンドのマネジメント業務を開始し、日本の年金基金向け等にCTAファンドを運用しました。アジア・パシフィック地域サステナブル投資部門代表のヘレナ・ファング氏が、森氏の直属の上司となります。
